An arrest was made in the brutal murder of two men who were playing poker on a friends' porch early on Thanksgiving morning. Accused killer Michael Keetley is suspected of the shootings of six men in his vigilante investigation of a robbery that occurred at his ice cream truck in January. Brothers Juan and Sergio Guitron were murdered after they were unable to tell Keetley the location of a third party. The community has reacted in horror at these deaths, particularly as all of the victims were well-liked.

Toothsome poker pro Vanessa Rousso has apparently decided to join the ranks of Peter Eastgate and Paul Clarke this week by selling off a piece of her poker heritage this weekend, but as she has no WSOP bracelets to her name, she's gone and thrown her Lamborghini Gallardo up on eBay. According to the listing, the car is one of only 5,000 in its series made and has a mere 12,875 on the odometer. In addition to its rare lineage and condition, the car has the obligatory iPod dock, a complete suite of USB connections, heated mirrors, hand-knitted seats and a computer. Because a car like that needs a computer, I guess?

This weekend also sees a WSOP Circuit Event kicking off at Harrah's Atlantic City, running through December 22. There will be ten official Ring Events hosted at the resort and a variety of events will be offered, including Omaha High/Low 8 or better, Seven Card Stud and Hold'em with all the action kicking off on Saturday, December 4 with a No Limit Hold'em tournament. This all will culminate in a 4-day, $10,000 buy-in no-limit Hold ‘Em event that starts on the 19th. Coverage of the main event will air on VERSUS next year.
The Atlantic City Harrah's has a special place in the heart of many WSOP circuit regulars, as it was the first-ever Circuit Event held back in January of 2005. Among the pros in attendance at the inaugural tournament series were Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, Jennifer Harman-Traniello, Allen Cunningham and Erick Lindgren. Nearly six years later, Harrah's AC remains a flagship stop of the WSOPC, attracting some of poker's top players. Liv Boeree, Michael Binger and Dwyte Pilgrim were some of the pros who competed at last year's Circuit.
