REGISTRATION PERIOD

•    The registration period for the Bodog Mini Poker Series (“Event”) begins on June 23rd, 2010 at 5:00pm ET and ends on July 17th, 2010 at 4:35pm ET (“Registration Period”)


ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY:

•    Participation is open only to entrants (“Entrants”) who:
    o    Register during the Registration Period;
    o    are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence or participation, whichever is greater; and
    o    hold or register for a valid “Bodog” player account (including an accurate, functioning e-mail address).

•    Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Event, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate.  

•    By participating in the Event, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Event.


TOURNAMENT PLAY

Qualifying Rounds

The buy-in for each Qualifying Round will be $10+$1.  

The last qualifying round will be held on July 17, 2010 at 4:35pm ET.  

The top thirty percent (30%) of Entrants in the qualifying rounds will earn points towards the Tournament Leader Board


Semifinal Round

There is no buy-in charge for participation in the Semifinal Round.

Entrants ranked 11th - 50th on the Tournament Leader Board at the end of the Qualifying Rounds, plus all Entrants participating in 7 or more qualifying rounds, will be invited to play in the semifinal round  tournament.

The top eighteen (18) finishers in the Semifinal Round tournament are eligible to participate in the Final Round Tournament.  
 

Final Round

There is no buy-in charge for participation in the Final Round, which will be held July 22, 2010 at 8:35pm ET

The following Entrants shall be entitled to participate in the Final Round Tournament:

    •    The top ten (10) finishers on the Tournament Leader Board following the Qualifying Rounds; and

    •    The top eighteen (18) finishers from the Semifinal Round; and

    •    Entrants that participated in all 13 qualifying events

    •    Entrants that placed first in a qualifying event

GENERAL CONDITIONS

AG Marketing Solutions ("Sponsor") is sponsoring the Event.  Potential winners will be required to submit identification in order to establish eligibility. All dollar values expressed herein are expressed in United States Dollars.  Entrants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively, the “Releasees”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize, or participation in this Event, or any Event- or Prize-related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the perpetual, worldwide right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; (c) Entrant’s contact information may be provided to Event co-marketers, partners, or Prize providers.  Entrant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising from or related to the Entrant’s participation in the Event or acceptance or use of Prizes.  Disclaimer Of Warranties: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize, or portion of any prize, furnished in connection with the Event. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a manner determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error herein, administration of the Event or in the announcement of Prizes. Only the stated Prizes will be awarded.  Sponsor shall have the right to terminate or amend the Event or the Event rules at any time in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.  Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Event, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Event is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Event without obligation or liability of any kind. If for any reason the Event, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Event, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Entrant or its designated agents deemed responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Event, with appropriate alternate method of prize award selected.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a Prize.   Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Event.  WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry.  The “Authorized Account Holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
