Tournament Time Bank

Q. What is a Tournament Time Bank?
A.Tournament Time Bank is additional time granted to players for those sticky situations where you need extra time to evaluate your next move. It is also useful when you are experiencing technical difficulties with your system or internet connection and need to switch your computer to get back in the hand.

Q. How does it work?
A. The Tournament Time Bank can be activated when the initial allotted time of 30 is down to 18. You must manually activate it by clicking the grey bar that appears on the bottom right hand of the client.

Q. How do I know if my Time Bank is activated?
A. As the time bar dwindles down a grey bar will appear on the bottom right hand of the client.

You will have to click the time bank button manually to activate the Time Bank. It will grey itself out which indicates that the Time Bank is activated. Otherwise your hand will be folded

Q. How much time is in a Time Bank?
A. At the beginning of each tournament you play in, you will have 90 additional seconds in your time bank. It's up to you on how the 90 seconds are allocated throughout the tournament.

Q. How do I know how much time I have left?
A. If a portion of the time bank is used in a hand, the remaining time available will be displayed next time the Time Bank is activated.

Q. Can I get additional time if my Time Bank is used up?
A. You will only receive 60 additional seconds per tournament and cannot reset your time bank.

Q. Is the Time Bank the same for all tournaments?
A. The standard time frame for Time Bank for all tournaments is set to 60 seconds.
